Day to day responsibilities & scope of the job

  • Ensure the calling is done as per company process
  • Ensure the team generates 90% walk-ins
  • Help the team council students and convert to admissions.
  • Group counselling
  • Follow the sales process and complete the admission.
  • Analyse data and share areas of improvement
  • Manage the monthly roster
  • Maintain discipline in team
  • Drive and implement the company process for sales.

3)  Skills & Competencies requirement

  • Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi)
  • Team player
  • Organising and planning competencies
  • Time management skills
  • Ms office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Sales – Objection handling, Negotiation

Minimum requirement:

Qualifications: Any Graduate, Post Graduate, Any degree/diploma in Sales & Marketing would be an added benefit.

Total Experience: 4+ years tele sales, 2+ in team management, data analysis.

Age: 25 to 40 yrs.

Location: Preferably in and around thane.
