Job Description

Urgent Opening of General Duty Assistant (GDA) or Nursing Assistants (NA) for 12hrs & 24hrs for HOME CARE SERVICES

Freshers/ Experienced both can apply

Responsibilities for Nursing Assistant

  • Help patients with personal hygiene and care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing, and bowel and bladder care
  • Take and record patient vital signs and weight
  • Observe and record patients conditions, food and liquid intake and other behavior, and report changes to supervisor
  • Help patients walk with canes, walkers, or other devices
  • Make beds, and maintain clean and safe environments for patients
  • Lift, transport, and move patients using the appropriate techniques
  • Treat all patients, family, and other visitors with respect, and engage with them in a tactful manner at all times
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations

Qualifications for Nursing Assistant

  • High school diploma
  • Prior work experience in a direct patient care setting or in a long term care facility preferred
  • Must be in good physical health to be able to lift and move patients, and to be able to walk or stand for long periods of time
  • Must be compassionate and personable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments
  • Ability to handle emotional and stressful situations in a professional manner while remaining calm

Location - Pan Mumbai

Salary for 12hrs - 10K to 15K

24hrs - 20K to 24K
